That is a nice looking workbench. I also have this on my to-do list. I was thinking about using a Kreg jig to join everything together (but that may not be quite as heavy-duty). Have you ever thought about staining the top and adding polyurethane to it. Might be worth it if you are going to have it around for a while.
Straight, angled or mitered tenons - this jig cuts it! Safety, accuracy and repeatability are the hallmarks of this heavy-duty tenoning jig.
If you are counting on using this product on standard stock that is over 3.25inch in any direction, this is not the product for you. You CAN use the jig for larger stock, but you have to fix your own clamps in some fashion which kind of detracts paying over a hundred dollars for a jig. Then you also have to take into consideration that on some table saws, mine is a Ridged contractor grade saw, you can't get the base plate right up to the blade. The closest mine gets to the blade is 1/8 inch. and then consider the kurf size, and that means the MINIMAL shoulder you can make is in my case 7/32. When using stock that is less than 3/4's that is a VERY bad constraint. If it wasn't so heavy, and return shipping so much, I would have already returned it. Since the shipping is so High, I'm going to let it "hang out", and hope that more of the jobs I have fit within it's constraints. Finally, I would like to mention the "blade to jig face" gauge is made out of a flimsy plastic, and on mine was installed crooked and creased, so that it's useless. I have some steel ruled stock I can use in it's place. On a positive note, it is built like a tank, so it will last a long time. I also did NOT have the issues with it scratching my table that others did. All in all, I can't recommend this product.

Museum Picture hanging systems for displaying artwork and paintings safely.
There are a number of options for hanging artwork in museums, galleries or even in private spaces. The first thing to consider is if the artwork will be changed on a regular basis. If that is the case and if you do not want to repair and patch the walls every time than you will want to consider a hanging system where you can move the artwork up and down and left and right without having to attach it directly to the walls. Art Display Essentials offers a hanging system by Absolute Museum and Gallery Products . This system has a number of track options. The first is a typical H-track that mounts to the surface of wall and has an optional cover to make it look like trim. The Flushmount track and T-track are a couple of options where the track is built into the wall. This is usually done before the wall board is installed. When installed, the track is flush with the wall and has a seamless look integrating it nicely with the building. The final option is the C-track that attaches to the ceiling. Each of these track options have three options for how the art is hung. They are: steel cables, perlon cords, and steel rods. The steel rods will hold the most weight. The perlon cords are clear and may be the least noticeable and the steel cables are stronger than the perlon but less noticeable than the rods. These rods, cables, and cords can be moved to the left and right in the track. There are hook options that can move up and down the rods and cables. This gives options for the artwork to be hung at any point on the wall.
