I like 1440p but the blurring when panning is not enjoyable. I like to be able to move my viewpoint around without it becoming a massive blur. Being IPS in the first place makes the effect even worse then most TNs. Even the 1440p 120hz monitors arnt the greatest in that regards ether. I just like having the clearest picture when moving, not standing still. Kind why with the 1440ps as they are in the current form I would use one as a secondary screen but not as my main screen. But everyone has their own opinions, My buddy uses a 1440p and games like dota 2 look great on it.

As well as hitting that desirable 1440p and 144Hz spec, the XF also comes with an IPS display for better viewing angles and colour accuracy over the usual TN panels. Best of all, it’s available for around £470. Let’s put it to the test.
